NEXT GENERATION - Kids Ministry
For all kids grades PK (age 3) – Grade 6
SUNDAYS during the weekly service
Our Next Generation Ministry for Kids is a formational ministry. It is a unique blend of teaching styles that allows children to hear from God through the stories of the Bible, and then respond to them in meaningful ways. A dedicated group of teachers journey with our kids as they explore stories, learn about church history, and memorize Scripture. All curriculum is created by our teachers who work together with the Pastor to make meaningful connections between the sermon and what it happening in Sunday School. New this fall is the addition of songs to help our kids remember all they are learning!
The children will return to the service in time for Communion.
NEXT GENERATION – Pre-teen or ‘Tween’ Ministry & Teens
For all youth Grade 6 – Grade 12

Our Next Generation Ministry for early teenagers is an exciting continuation of the kids ministry. Each week the kids will come together and journey through the topic of the sermon for that day. The purpose of the program is to help them start to understand the Sunday morning service, and learn to hear God as He speaks through the service and especially the sermon. In addition to the Sunday morning program there are also occasional weekend events like game nights for teens to participate in.
Fall Women’s Retreat – Beth Moore
November 2-3 (Friday 5PM – Saturday 3PM)
Rhythm is a core value at Evergreen. Generally, this is an area where women struggle. We are committed to helping women take time to s-l-o-w down and take joy in the company of other women while listening for the voice of God.
